As a Talent Development Intern, you’ll assist in running learning programs, managing training systems, and supporting key people processes across multiple regions. This role gives you practical HR exposure in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, communication, attendance tracking, and materials for training sessions
- Manage updates on the Learning Management System, including content uploads and user enrolment
- Maintain training calendars and request trackers to support planning and reporting
- Organise 360 feedback data and help prepare summary insights for review cycles
- Clean, verify, and prepare datasets used for talent dashboards and promotion assessments
- Assist in compiling and formatting promotion documents and tracking submissions
- Keep SharePoint folders updated with current templates, guidelines, and training resources
- Support logistics for onboarding, workshops, and internal team events
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
- Interested in learning & development or HR operations
- Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint for basic analysis and presentation tasks
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with time management
- Clear communicator who can work with confidential information responsibly
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SharePoint, or survey tools is helpful but not required
