As an Account Servicing Intern, you’ll support the team in managing day-to-day client relationships, coordinating campaign activities, and keeping projects moving smoothly across creative, strategy, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project updates across internal teams and clients to keep everyone aligned

- Support research tasks including competitor reviews and background insights for briefs
- Gather information from clients and vendors to help move projects to the next stage
- Assist with campaign documentation, file management, and basic administrative needs
- Help monitor ongoing campaigns and flag issues or delays early
- Contribute ideas and observations during internal discussions and brainstorms
Requirements
- Studying or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or similar
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling several tasks at once
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and major social media platforms
- Curious, proactive, and open to learning in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and able to adapt to shifting priorities
