BeHeard Marketing is a creative digital agency specialising in content strategy, social media, and video production for F&B and lifestyle brands. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who loves digital storytelling, short-form video content, and hands-on production work. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys turning ideas into visuals, this role is for you.

What You'll Get Out of This Role

End-to-end experience in content creation — from planning to filming to editing
Opportunities to work on real campaigns for lifestyle and F&B brands
Exposure to video production workflows, creative direction, and social media strategy
Mentorship from a small, collaborative team with strong production capabilities
A portfolio filled with Reels, TikToks, and branded content you helped create

Key Responsibilities

Develop content concepts, calendars, and simple storyboards
Participate in on-site shoots, handling basic camera and lighting operations
Produce short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
Ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across all content
Monitor social media analytics and suggest improvements
Research trends, competitor content, and emerging formats
Support brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
Work with interns and junior team members on simple tasks

Requirements

Comfortable with videography, photography, and video editing
Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (Lightroom/Photoshop is a bonus)
Understands digital trends and platform behaviours
Strong creative eye with a passion for storytelling
Proactive, organised, and able to work in fast-paced environments
