We’re looking for an Events Marketing Intern to support the planning and execution of both online and offline events—including webinars, workshops, community activities, and corporate initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to logistics, content development, and digital promotion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in end-to-end coordination of events, ensuring smooth execution across logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Create promotional content for social media, emails, and in-app channels, aligned with Moomoo’s brand voice.
- Support digital marketing campaigns that drive attendance and engagement for events.
- Work closely with vendors, venues, and internal teams to deliver well-executed initiatives.
- Help with community-focused activities designed to enhance user participation.
- Collect data, feedback, and insights to support post-event reporting and improvement.
- Research trends and propose creative ideas for new event formats and experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or related fields.
- Able to commit 3–6 months from January 2025 onward.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, research, and project management skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Photoshop or basic editing skills are a plus.
