Overview
This role gives you hands-on exposure to the full workflow of event planning and marketing execution. You’ll work closely with the team to help bring events to life — from early brainstorming all the way to on-site operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in brainstorming, planning, and coordinating events from start to finish.
- Support logistics such as liaising with vendors, preparing materials, and ensuring all resources are ready.
- Help maintain accurate guest lists, manage RSVPs, and support registration tasks.
- Provide on-site assistance during events, including setup, coordination, and operational support.
- Contribute to post-event reports and help identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in preparing presentation decks, name tags, and basic marketing collateral.
Requirements
- Students or diploma holders in Events, Marketing, Communications, or similar fields.
- Prior experience in events or logistics is helpful, but not required.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Good communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Willingness to support occasional evening or weekend events when needed.
