Mockbyrd Games is looking for a UGC Community Operations Intern to help manage and grow player communities across platforms like Roblox, Discord, and TikTok. You’ll be part of a global team that creates large-scale metaverse experiences, supporting daily engagement and helping players feel heard and excited about upcoming content.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of Roblox groups, Discord servers, and TikTok channels to keep communities active
- Plan and run community events that boost participation and player loyalty
- Respond to player messages, collect feedback, and surface insights for product teams
- Draft and publish announcements, event summaries, and social content
- Track trends in gaming and UGC platforms to improve content strategy
- Monitor community health and flag issues or opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with global operations teams to maintain consistent communication standards
Requirements
- Familiar with UGC games and active on platforms like Roblox
- Some experience in community management, moderation, or online user engagement
- Comfortable interacting with international audiences
- Strong written and spoken English
- Interested in social media trends, gaming culture, and player behaviour
- Able to stay organised and manage multiple community tasks

Duration: Minimum 6 months
Commitment: Full-time
Working Arrangement: Onsite
Stipend: $1,400 – $1,550 monthly
