Overview
Mindshake Education is looking for a detail-oriented Content Intern to support the creation and quality assurance of English and General Paper learning materials. You’ll work closely with the curriculum and product team to develop questions, refine explanations, and help improve the platform’s AI-powered marking features. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys language, learning design, and shaping better study experiences for students.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft clear, syllabus-aligned English and GP questions, model answers and explanations
- Review and refine existing questions to ensure accuracy, clarity and appropriate difficulty
- Evaluate AI-generated feedback and rewrite responses to improve accuracy and student understanding
- Upload, categorise and maintain digital learning resources with consistent formatting
- Test new platform features and share learning-focused suggestions for product improvement
- Monitor student-reported issues and help resolve content or answer discrepancies
Requirements
- Studied in a Singapore JC and strong performance in General Paper (A-grade or equivalent)
- Strong written English and ability to explain concepts simply
- Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable reviewing large volumes of content
- Enjoys writing, editing and giving constructive feedback
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting
