Sembcorp is a global leader in sustainable energy and urban solutions. As part of our mission to accelerate the energy transition, we are seeking an AI-Driven Plant Development Intern to support the planning and development of next-generation facilities.
This internship is ideal for someone curious about how AI, engineering design, and financial modelling come together to shape modern energy infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Operations Manager in refining the Design Basis Memorandum (DBM) for a new plant project.
- Use AI tools to benchmark industry best practices and enhance the quality and accuracy of technical documentation.
- Assist the Project Director with financial modelling for a new plant development in China, contributing to scenario analysis and forecasting.
- Work cross-functionally with technical, project, and sustainability teams to ensure alignment and high-quality deliverables.
