Internship Overview
Roche is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Quality Assurance (QA) team. This role provides hands-on experience in quality validation, change control, and industry-standard pharmaceutical practices within a GMP biotech contract manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE):
- Follow all site SHE requirements and report hazards or accidents promptly.
- Observe security measures and report suspicious activities or damages.
2. Quality Validation and Change Control:
- Support daily QA operations per approved SOPs and policies.
- Assist in reviewing validation lifecycle documents and testing protocols.
- Support change control processes by documenting, tracking, and understanding impacts.
- Maintain accurate records of quality tests and contribute to quality reports.
3. Collaboration and Learning:
- Work closely with QA team to understand validation principles.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions.
- Seek feedback to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
Education:
- Currently pursuing a diploma in science, engineering, or related disciplines.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of Quality Systems, cGMP, and Pharmaceutical Quality Processes.
- Strong attention to detail, systematic thinking, and self-organization skills.
- Team player with problem-solving ability and a continuous learning mindset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
