Overview
WS Audiology is looking for an IT Quality & Documentation Intern to support the development and management of IT policies, SOPs, and training materials. You will work closely with IT teams to ensure processes are well-documented, compliant, and efficient. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT quality management within a global, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and organize IT policies, SOPs, and work instructions from creation to release.
- Draft and distribute IT Quality newsletters to share key updates and achievements.
- Maintain LMS content, ensuring training materials are updated and accessible to the right teams.
- Support new employee onboarding through documentation training and guidance.
- Digitize paper-based legacy documents and coordinate with vendors for secure storage.
- Assist analysts with reporting activities for IT General Controls and non-product systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure documentation meets compliance standards.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently from start to finish.
- Interest in IT quality, process improvement, or regulated software environments.
- Willingness to learn and work with digital tools, documentation systems, and IT processes.
- Basic knowledge of software development or cloud-based systems is a plus.
