Overview
This internship with Keppel’s Real Estate Division offers practical exposure to how large-scale property investments are evaluated, enhanced, and managed across multiple markets. - Help improve and digitalise internal workflows to shorten proposal turnaround time
- Assist in preparing documentation that can be reused across markets and teams
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing real estate projects
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in a relevant field
- Curious, logical, and interested in how real estate projects are evaluated
- Comfortable conducting online research and validating information
- Able to use Microsoft Excel confidently, including formulas and functions
- Willing to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas
- Works well in a team and approaches tasks responsibly
