Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in achieving strategic goals, including asset acquisitions and divestitures.
- Support due diligence processes, evaluating key value drivers and challenging assumptions about future performance.
- Collaborate with EY service teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Conduct industry and company research using online tools and publicly available data.
- Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to inform deal valuation and cash flow requirements.
- Assist in researching technical accounting issues and preparing client-facing reports and schedules.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy.
- Demonstrated interest in strategic consulting, finance, or transactions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze financial and non-financial information to form insights and conclusions.
- Passion for learning and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
