Overview
Join CSA’s Communications & Engagement Division as an intern and contribute to public outreach initiatives targeting students, parents, and senior citizens. You’ll gain hands-on experience coordinating events, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting campaigns that promote cybersecurity awareness. This internship provides exposure to real-world project management and strategic communications in a government setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and resources for school talks, roadshows, and community events.
- Liaise with student volunteers, speakers, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Conduct research on case studies, statistics, and current trends to enhance outreach materials.
- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for new engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the design of promotional materials such as eDMs, banners, and handouts.
- Collect and analyze event data to provide actionable recommendations for future programs.
- Shadow senior team members to learn about public outreach strategies and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or polytechnic students studying Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Basic design and data analysis skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; programming skills are a plus.
- Interest in cybersecurity is preferred.
- Availability for at least 3 months starting January 2026; occasional weekend work may be required.
