Overview

Join CSA’s Communications & Engagement Division as an intern and contribute to public outreach initiatives targeting students, parents, and senior citizens. You’ll gain hands-on experience coordinating events, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting campaigns that promote cybersecurity awareness. This internship provides exposure to real-world project management and strategic communications in a government setting.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics and resources for school talks, roadshows, and community events.
Liaise with student volunteers, speakers, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Conduct research on case studies, statistics, and current trends to enhance outreach materials.
Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for new engagement initiatives.
Assist in the design of promotional materials such as eDMs, banners, and handouts.
Collect and analyze event data to provide actionable recommendations for future programs.
Shadow senior team members to learn about public outreach strategies and stakeholder management.

Requirements

Undergraduate or polytechnic students studying Business, Communications, or related fields.
Basic design and data analysis skills.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; programming skills are a plus.
Interest in cybersecurity is preferred.
Availability for at least 3 months starting January 2026; occasional weekend work may be required.
