Overview
Join Shopee's Singapore Marketing team as a Short-Tail Marketing Intern, where you will focus on performance-driven affiliate marketing campaigns. You will play a hands-on role in managing the Shopee Ambassador Programme, optimizing campaigns with data, and coordinating with partners to drive user acquisition and engagement. Key Responsibilities
· Support the end-to-end execution of affiliate marketing campaigns with enterprise partners and individual ambassadors.

· Track, analyze, and report on affiliate channel performance using a data-driven approach.
· Identify optimization opportunities based on performance data to improve campaign results.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
· Help manage administrative and logistical tasks related to the Shopee Ambassador Programme.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; a focus in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
· A confident communicator with strong verbal and written English skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
· A self-starter, fast learner, and collaborative team player.
· Prior exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or agency experience is a plus, but not required.
