You will play a hands-on role in validating the next generation of sports technology by rigorously testing prototypes, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with engineers. Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute comprehensive validation tests on new product prototypes and existing hardware.
· Set up and operate lab equipment, test rigs, and automation tools to collect accurate performance data.
· Analyze test results to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for product or process improvement.
· Document test procedures and findings clearly, creating actionable reports for the engineering team.
· Collaborate with designers and project managers during design reviews and sprint planning.
· Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process by proactively testing design updates and verifying specifications.
· Help manage test equipment logistics, including inventory tracking and maintenance coordination.
Requirements
· Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident undertaking a credit-bearing internship from a local university.
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a closely related technical field.
· Available for a full-time, 6-month internship (5 days a week).
· Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail when solving technical problems.
· Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Excel) and an interest in test instrumentation.
· Good teamwork and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced R&D setting.
· Practical experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems in a lab or project setting is a plus.
