Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the development and enhancement of real-time, cross-border payment processing systems.
· Help optimize backend systems to reduce latency and improve integration with order and execution management platforms.
· Identify and contribute to system improvement projects that boost transaction efficiency and performance.
· Support the development and maintenance of market data and transaction databases for analytics and trade execution.
· Collaborate with the engineering team on designing and implementing scalable solutions using agile methodologies.
· Participate in code reviews and system testing to ensure robustness and reliability.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
· Strong hands-on programming skills in Java and familiarity with the Spring Boot framework.
· A foundational understanding of concurrent programming, distributed systems, and database management.
· Ability to commit to a 6-month internship, starting from November 2025, on a full-time or part-time basis.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
· Strong collaborative skills and a proactive ownership mentality for assigned tasks.
· Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination with China-based teams.
