Overview
Monee is seeking a Risk & Credit Analytics Intern to help shape strategies for consumer and SME lending. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze credit risk, monitor financial performance, and optimize anti-fraud and collection policies. This role provides exposure to data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze creditworthiness of applicants and monitor ongoing performance of existing customers
- Develop and track key indicators to detect fraudulent behaviors and optimize risk policies
- Conduct data analysis of daily risk exposure and profit & loss statements to guide decision-making
- Collaborate with local teams and product/development units to implement analytics-driven strategies
- Produce reports to monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements
- Evaluate market trends and operational data to enhance lending policies
Requirements
- Graduating July–December 2025 with a degree in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, SAS, or Python
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and turn analysis into actionable insights
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate complex findings clearly
- Prior experience in banking, fintech, consulting, or e-commerce is a plus
