Overview
TetraMem is offering an Analog Hardware Internship for students eager to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge silicon design. You will work with the analog team to develop and validate high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, supporting innovative compute-in-memory architectures for AI applications. This internship provides exposure to both simulation and lab-based circuit testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and simulating analog and mixed-signal circuits
- Support transistor-level simulations and layout tasks using Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE
- Participate in silicon validation, test chip bring-up, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with the analog team to identify areas for circuit improvement
- Contribute to documentation and reporting of test results
- Support lab experiments and measurement setups to validate designs
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Solid understanding of analog circuit theory, CMOS design, and device physics
- Familiarity with EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE
- Interest in lab work and hands-on experimentation
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a technical environment
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
