Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience within TetraMem’s hardware engineering team, where next-generation AI accelerators are designed and refined. As a Digital Hardware Intern, you will support the development and validation of digital systems that power real AI workloads. You will work closely with engineers across hardware and software to bring designs from concept to working silicon.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and refining RTL modules using Verilog or SystemVerilog
- Help build and run testbenches to verify functionality and catch design issues
- Support simulation runs and analyse results to improve design correctness
- Work with software and hardware teams to validate system-level integration
- Contribute to timing checks, synthesis support, and performance evaluation
- Document design changes, test results, and verification outcomes
- Help improve design efficiency and reliability for AI workloads
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of digital logic and hardware design concepts
- Familiarity with Verilog or SystemVerilog
- Some exposure to simulation tools or scripting is helpful
- Interest in AI hardware, chips, or low-level system design
- Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team
