Overview

Eastspring is offering an internship opportunity within its Transition Management team, which oversees asset movements and account management for clients and counterparties. As an intern, you will assist with account onboarding, data management, and process improvement initiatives, gaining exposure to operational workflows in asset management and portfolio transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update custodian and trading account records accurately.
Support account opening requests and onboarding of brokers and counterparties.
Assist with KYC, due diligence, and compliance checks for new accounts.
Help streamline and innovate data maintenance processes.
Document and maintain team procedures, checklists, and workflow guides.
Support ad hoc projects related to asset transitions and operational improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks and assignments.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; VBA and workflow system knowledge is a plus.
Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
