Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating regional initiatives and campaigns across various lines of business.
- Support stakeholder engagement by preparing reports, communications, and presentations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal information platforms.
- Help organise internal and external events in Singapore, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager, Regional Vice President Asia-Pacific’s Office.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in multicultural teams and collaborative environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Available full-time for a minimum of 6 months.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; international students with valid internship eligibility are also considered.
