Requirements
- Diploma in Aerospace, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering
- Graduated or ORD in 2023 or later
- Willing to commit to a 45-month structured training program
- Strong interest in aircraft systems, engineering, and hands-on work
- A team player who is responsible, observant, and safety-conscious
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
