Key Responsibilities
- Research and experiment with multimodal understanding, AIGC, machine learning, and computer vision.
- Optimize large-scale models for performance, reasoning, and interactive capabilities.
- Assist in building multimodal agents and world models for virtual environments and simulations.
- Collect, annotate, and fine-tune datasets to improve model accuracy and evaluation systems.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new algorithms and innovative solutions.
- Participate in pre-training, simulation, and modeling of virtual and real-world scenarios.
- Support documentation and evaluation of model performance for research insights.
- Contribute to the development of AI technologies for potential product applications.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed a PhD in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience or interest in AI research areas such as computer vision, multimodal learning, or generative AI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to tackle complex model challenges.
- Good programming skills in Python or C/C++ and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a research team.
- Eagerness to learn, explore new technologies, and take ownership of projects.
- Prior publications or project experience in AI research is a plus.
