Overview
This internship supports the finance and operations side of Marina Bay Sands’ Food and Beverage division. You will work closely with kitchen, bar, and outlet teams to track costs, manage inventory data, and ensure accurate reporting. The role offers practical exposure to cost control and operational finance in a large hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support cost calculations for inter-kitchen and inter-bar transfers to ensure accurate cost allocation
- Assist in recipe costing and help review selling prices and profit margins for menu items
- Participate in yield and butchery tests to help assess food cost efficiency
- Update point-of-sale systems and verify menu setups before new launches
- Support monthly inventory counts, spot checks, and stock reconciliation activities
- Help prepare regular F&B reports, variance analysis, and wastage tracking
- Follow up on costing or inventory discrepancies with outlets and document outcomes
Requirements
- Full-time student pursuing a diploma in business, accountancy, or a related field
- Internship must fulfil academic or graduation requirements
- Basic understanding of accounting or cost concepts
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Willing to learn and follow structured processes
