Overview
Thales Singapore is offering a Presales Engineer Internship in its Cybersecurity division. Interns will work alongside technical sales and engineering teams to support demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and customer engagements. This hands-on role allows students to gain practical experience in cybersecurity solutions while bridging technical knowledge with business applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining demo environments and POCs for cybersecurity products.
- Support the creation of technical presentations, solution briefs, and internal knowledge materials.
- Research industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging threats to enhance product positioning.
- Contribute to technical responses for RFPs and RFIs to clearly showcase product capabilities.
- Participate in customer meetings and product demonstrations, providing technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure demos, configurations, and documentation meet project requirements.
- Help standardize technical assets for consistent internal and external use.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Curiosity about cybersecurity concepts like encryption, access control, and key management.
- Strong interest in learning technical tools and presenting solutions to clients.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Comfortable communicating technical ideas clearly.
