What You'll Get Out of This Role
· Gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in centralized network and facilities operations for next-generation, sustainable data centres.

Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and manage incidents for all data centre facilities infrastructure, ensuring timely response and escalation based on SLAs.
· Fulfill customer requests and manage systems like the Electronic Visitation Management System.
· Perform benchmarking and analysis on system performance data across all DCs to drive operational efficiency.
· Ensure the accuracy and functionality of all IoT sensors and BMS/EMS/PQMS network connections.
· Coordinate maintenance, shutdowns, and vendor activities for electrical and mechanical systems.
· Manage incident closure, root cause analysis, and change requests while ensuring customer SLAs are met.
Requirements
· ITE or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
· Good foundational knowledge of Data Centre Facilities, Operations Support, and industry best practices.
· A team player who can also work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
· Well-organized, analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· A positive, proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
