Key Responsibilities
· Support the team in executing ad-hoc FMCG projects and marketing campaigns.
· Assist in the acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants for TikTok Shop.
· Help manage seller accounts by providing education, troubleshooting issues, and updating campaign statuses.
· Communicate effectively with sellers to understand and address their needs throughout the onboarding process.
· Perform administrative tasks and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Requirements
· An actively enrolled university student.
· Strong appreciation for accuracy, clean formatting, and detail-oriented work.
· Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, showing enthusiasm and initiative.
· Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good data knowledge (Excel/SQL/Python) is a strong advantage.
· Able to commit to a minimum 3-month full-time internship.
