Key Responsibilities
· Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement on data center servers and network devices.
· Execute storage media sanitization and destruction tasks in accordance with security protocols.
· Work within a ticket-based system to resolve issues methodically, maintaining high system reliability.
· Collaborate with various internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Logistics) to improve processes and efficiencies.
· Participate in and potentially lead small to mid-scale data center deployment and upgrade projects.
· Safely handle and move equipment using assisted lifting machinery.
Requirements
· A Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Computer & Communications Engineering, Information & Digital Technologies, OR a Technical certification (e.g., ITE) with relevant hands-on experience.
· Basic knowledge of cloud computing, IT hardware, and network concepts.
· A strong passion for IT infrastructure, hardware, and hands-on technical work.
· A proactive learner with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to safety.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive, and fast-paced team environment.
