Overview
Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Human Resources & Events Intern to support internship management and recruitment initiatives. You’ll help onboard and manage interns, coordinate recruitment events, and provide administrative and reporting support, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic hospitality and lifestyle environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing interns across multiple departments.
- Maintain accurate records, agreements, and evaluation reports for internship programs.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for interns, supporting pre-onboarding to onboarding processes.
- Support internship pipeline strategies and HR-related projects.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, including venues, materials, and vendor management.
- Assist in marketing recruitment events via digital platforms and promotional materials.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to track and evaluate program success.
- Analyze data from events and internship programs to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in arts, culture, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Available for a minimum 6-month commitment.
