Overview

Key Responsibilities
· Assist Project Managers and Engineers in the implementation and timely completion of network infrastructure projects.
· Help evaluate and implement new network solutions to improve capability, security, and manageability.
· Work with Network Engineers and contractors to monitor and manage the network infrastructure using various tools, ensuring service level agreements are met.
· Support the resolution of network and security issues in collaboration with the IT Helpdesk and engineering teams.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and technical procedures.
Requirements
· A fresh graduate with a relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
· A strong passion for IT network infrastructure, hardware, and hands-on technical work.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve project and operational objectives.
· Prior internship or project experience in IT networking (support or implementation) is highly advantageous.
· Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA) is a strong plus.
· A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
