Key Responsibilities

Support system readiness during month-end and financial planning cycles to ensure timely reporting
Assist in configuring, testing, and enhancing finance system features to improve usability and performance
Build and maintain simple scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve data accuracy
Help finance users resolve system issues and create clear user guides and documentation
Work with finance and IT teams to support system integrations and data flows
Monitor system performance and contribute ideas for improving reliability and efficiency
Assist with maintaining accurate finance master data to support governance and reporting needs

Requirements

Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic knowledge of coding or scripting (e.g. C#, VB.Net, SQL) through coursework or practice
Interest in finance systems, automation, and business technology
Comfortable working with data and paying attention to details
Willingness to learn and ask questions
Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team
