Overview
Join a dynamic APAC Services team as a Data & Program Management Intern and contribute to shaping service growth strategies across the region. You will leverage data analytics, visualization, and machine learning tools to uncover insights, forecast revenue, and support operational planning. This role combines program management exposure with hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy data-driven simulation models to analyze business operations and identify regional trends.
- Design, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards with DAX measures to provide actionable insights.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources using SQL and Power Query for reporting purposes.
- Translate business requirements into clear and impactful visualizations and reports.
- Support program management tasks, including progress tracking, impact assessment, and operational problem-solving.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and relevance for strategic decisions.
- Assist in operational capacity planning by forecasting revenue and identifying performance drivers.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and Excel; Python or R experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality data visualizations and reports.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curious and proactive, with a willingness to learn program management and data analytics practices.
- Experience with Salesforce or Snowflake is advantageous but not required.
