Key Responsibilities
· Perform aircraft maintenance tasks under supervision, in strict compliance with company procedures and aviation authority regulations.
· Maintain excellent workshop and aircraft housekeeping to ensure the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
· Prepare, inspect, and upkeep specialised tools and equipment daily.
· Collaborate effectively within a team of engineers and technicians to complete maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Service Centre operations.
· Actively engage in all theoretical and practical modules of the Aircraft Maintenance Licence Training.
Requirements
· A recent full-time Diploma graduate (or ORD from 2023 onwards) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a closely related field.
· A strong passion for aviation, engineering, and hands-on technical work.
· Meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to safety and quality.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
· A task-focused, proactive learner who is target-oriented and ready for a demanding, rewarding career.
· No prior aircraft experience is required—we are looking for passionate individuals to train.
