In this hybrid marketing internship, you will support the development and execution of growth action plans for our electrical products business in Singapore. You will work alongside sales and channel teams to drive initiatives that connect innovative digital solutions to the market.

Key Responsibilities
· Support the Channel Marketing Manager in adapting and executing business growth action plans for the Singapore market.
· Assist in preparing performance reports and presentation materials for management and sales review meetings.
· Help coordinate and execute promotional programs and strategies at the Point-of-Sales (PoS).
· Work collaboratively with the sales and channels team to drive key business initiative programs.
· Support the administration and tracking of various marketing initiatives for local business units.
· Aid in the analysis of campaign effectiveness and market feedback to inform future strategies.
· Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools and channel partner communications.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
· A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to tasks and projects.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team environment.
· Proficient with digital tools and technology; a quick learner of new software platforms.
· An interest in smart technology, sustainable infrastructure, or the industrial B2B sector.
