Overview
This Programming and Content Curation Internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at how Disney+ and Disney+ Hotstar plan, organise, and present content to millions of viewers across Asia-Pacific. You will support content planning and platform operations, helping ensure shows and movies are accurately curated, migrated, and delivered on time to drive viewer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support content planning for Disney+ and Disney+ Hotstar during platform migration projects
- Help coordinate timelines and workflows with regional and global teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in managing content data within internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy
- Perform content quality checks and flag inconsistencies or missing information
- Track progress against deadlines and help resolve operational issues early
- Communicate updates clearly across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Contribute to improving efficiency in content planning and operational processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, IT, or a related field
- Strong interest in movies, series, and digital streaming platforms
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and online tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to communicate clearly in writing and conversation
- Willing to learn new systems quickly in a fast-paced environment
