Tencent’s Technology Engineering Group (TEG) is hiring an intern to support R&D efforts in large-scale video world models, a cutting-edge area at the intersection of AI research, generative modelling, and large foundation model development. Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage large-scale training datasets for video world models
- Design, optimise, and evaluate foundational model algorithms
- Contribute to pre-training, SFT, and RL-based optimisation workflows
- Identify performance bottlenecks and develop first-principles solutions
- Explore new world model paradigms and prototype next-gen architectures
- Conduct capability evaluations and support downstream application testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in CS, AI, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms and large-model development
- Experience with diffusion/AR models, generative AI, or text-to-image/video tasks
- Familiarity with network implementation details, GPU/CPU acceleration, and distributed training
- Competitive programming experience (ACM/NOIP) is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset, communication ability, and curiosity
