Overview
Join the Chatbot team within Shopee's Marketplace Intelligence and Data organization and work on revolutionizing the e-commerce service experience. As an intern, you will develop algorithms for multilingual Q&A and dialogue systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning. You will contribute to the complete development lifecycle of intelligent chatbots that serve millions of users across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and enhance chatbot algorithms for Q&A and dialogue management using LLM techniques like prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate and deploy models into production systems.
· Participate in the full development lifecycle of chatbot features, from research and prototyping to testing and iteration.
· Work closely with product and business teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
· Contribute to improving the chatbot's performance, multilingual capabilities, and user experience.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
· Proficiency in at least one programming language, with Python strongly preferred.
· Skilled in using at least one mainstream deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
· Excellent English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
· A strong passion for AI, NLP, and using technology to solve practical user problems.
· Full-time availability for a 3-6 month internship is preferred.
