GlobalFoundries is offering a structured data-focused internship for students who want hands-on exposure to large-scale data systems within the semiconductor industry. As an intern, you’ll support real production data projects while learning how cloud platforms and data pipelines are used in a global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Document data flows and system logic to improve clarity and maintainability
Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems as they arise

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computing-related field
Interest in data engineering, cloud platforms, or backend systems
Comfortable learning new technical tools and concepts
Basic understanding of databases or data processing from coursework
Willing to document work clearly and follow structured processes
Available for a 20–24 week, credit-bearing internship starting January 2026
