Publicis Groupe Singapore is seeking a motivated Account Servicing Intern to gain hands-on experience in the advertising and communications industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting the execution of campaigns and projects across both creative and media initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day execution of online and offline marketing projects
Update and maintain Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports accurately for clients
Ensure all projects align with the strategic goals of the brand
Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Assist Account Managers in managing workflows and project documentation
Monitor project timelines and escalate issues to maintain smooth operations
Contribute ideas and insights to improve project processes and outcomes

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to commit full-time for 6 months, ideally starting ASAP
