- Experience building simulation models that help evaluate road performance and future travel patterns.
- Strong technical growth in Python, data processing, and visual communication.
- Opportunities to collaborate with planners and engineers across agencies.
- A chance to contribute to tools that influence long-term transport decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean large mobility datasets to support modelling and analytics.
- Explore traffic patterns to identify trends in vehicle flow and road usage.
- Assist in developing simulation models used to predict traffic conditions and assess junction efficiency.
- Create visual outputs—from charts to dashboards—to help teams interpret findings easily.
- Support documentation and presentation materials for cross-agency discussions.
- Contribute ideas toward improving data pipelines or modelling approaches.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Traffic Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfortable using Python for data manipulation and analysis.
