Join Shopee’s Service Points Operations team, where you’ll help improve the experience for sellers, delivery partners, and buyers across the platform. As an operations intern, you’ll support projects that enhance service quality, strengthen partnerships, and streamline day-to-day performance across service point networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and rollout of service point initiatives from scoping to execution
- Track operational metrics and highlight performance issues that need attention
- Work with fleet teams, relationship managers, and product teams to resolve service gaps
- Identify user experience pain points and propose data-based improvements
- Assist in coordinating marketing or operations campaigns involving service points
- Document processes, prepare reports, and ensure project milestones are met
- Provide general support to the team across ongoing and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or similar fields
- Comfortable using Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Able to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders
- Full-time applicants preferred; part-time accepted (minimum 3 days/week)
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
