Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial statements to support client transactions.
- Build and interpret detailed financial models, including DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions.
- Assist in preparing pitch materials for M&A clients and investment opportunities.
- Support live deal execution and project tasks under guidance from senior team members.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to provide actionable insights for clients.
- Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project outputs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Strong academic record (minimum 2nd Class Upper or equivalent).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretive skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and in teams.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in corporate finance, investment banking, or deal advisory.
