Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new service point partners and ensure smooth integration.
- Prepare training materials and provide guidance on using the SPX application.
- Maintain and update service point information, system settings, and operational standards.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Consolidate monthly billing information and maintain tracking records.
- Conduct outreach, including cold calls, to potential service point partners.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to partners to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel across Singapore to engage merchants and retailers.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching potential partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, fast learner, and self-motivated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Full-time availability preferred (3–6 months); part-time interns can apply with a minimum 3 days/week commitment.
