Overview
Join P&G’s Commercial Analytics team in Singapore as a Data Science Intern and help transform consumer insights into actionable business strategies. You will work on real-world analytics projects spanning retail, media, and digital data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze retail, media, and consumer datasets to generate actionable insights for brand and business decisions
- Support end-to-end data science projects, including model building, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Monitor and report on data trends to improve decision-making processes
- Assist in the development of analytics frameworks and visualization dashboards
- Apply machine learning and statistical models to optimize consumer engagement and marketing strategies
- Work closely with Japan-market stakeholders, ensuring analytics outputs align with local consumer behavior
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations for internal teams and leadership
Requirements
- Current undergraduate or graduate student graduating around July 2026
- Business proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative fields
- Proficient in Python; experience with cloud platforms and big data preferred
- Familiarity with machine learning models, optimization, and statistical analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
