Overview

Join #TeamCPF as a Data Analytics Intern and contribute to enhancing service excellence for over 4 million CPF members. You’ll work with the Service Strategy, Analytics & Resource Management team to leverage data and AI-driven insights to improve service delivery, optimize customer experiences, and support strategic initiatives across CPF Board. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world analytics projects in a meaningful public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer demand patterns, behaviors, and feedback to generate actionable insights
Develop frameworks and recommendations for data-driven projects
Apply GenAI techniques to process feedback and identify service gaps or opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement initiatives enhancing service delivery
Support the development and maintenance of a strong data ecosystem for service excellence
Document and present findings to internal teams to guide decision-making
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the department

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
Strong interest in data, analytics, and project management
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take on new challenges
Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player who can work independently when needed
Experience with Python or SQL is an added advantage
