Overview
Join #TeamCPF as a Data Analytics Intern and contribute to enhancing service excellence for over 4 million CPF members. You’ll work with the Service Strategy, Analytics & Resource Management team to leverage data and AI-driven insights to improve service delivery, optimize customer experiences, and support strategic initiatives across CPF Board. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world analytics projects in a meaningful public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer demand patterns, behaviors, and feedback to generate actionable insights

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement initiatives enhancing service delivery
- Support the development and maintenance of a strong data ecosystem for service excellence
- Document and present findings to internal teams to guide decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the department
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong interest in data, analytics, and project management
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take on new challenges
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who can work independently when needed
- Experience with Python or SQL is an added advantage
