Overview
Raffles Hotel Singapore is offering a Food & Beverage Management Trainee position as part of its structured 18-month Leadership Development Programme. Trainees will rotate across various restaurants and supporting departments, gaining practical exposure to service excellence, operational management, and leadership in a world-class luxury hotel environment. Key Responsibilities

- Support team development through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across diverse teams.
- Service-minded, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable adapting to different work locations and schedules.
