Overview
Join SATS as a Hub Transformation Intern and gain hands-on experience in managing and supporting strategic projects within one of Asia’s leading aviation and air cargo service providers. You will work closely with the Hub Transformation team to analyze data, coordinate initiatives, and contribute to the successful execution of transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of Hub Transformation proof-of-concept projects
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and project data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, performance metrics, and findings
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project workflows
- Track project deliverables, identify risks, and support timely resolution of issues
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
- Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
