Key Responsibilities
- Refresh and organise team SOPs so processes stay clear and up to date
- Analyse competitor payment features and merchant promotions to support strategy
- Compare industry practices and summarise insights that guide decision-making
- Study FI and non-FI merchant capabilities to help strengthen internal recommendations
- Support the card re-platforming project by documenting discussions and tracking follow-ups
- Assist with research that improves merchant offerings and customer usage
- Help the team prepare materials for internal updates and discussions
- Contribute to any ad-hoc tasks that improve team operations
Requirements
- Currently studying at a university or polytechnic
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and able to organise information clearly
- Enjoys research and breaking down data into simple summaries
- Able to work independently and ask questions when unsure
- Good communicator who can work well with different teams
