Overview

Join HDB’s Community Partnerships Department (Outreach East) as a Data & Events Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the MyNiceHome Roadshows. You will help plan and execute community engagement events, create compelling visual materials, and contribute to data-driven insights that guide programme decisions. This internship offers exposure to event management, stakeholder collaboration, and practical data analytics in a public sector setting.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce creative materials to strengthen programme branding and engagement
Support coordination with internal teams and external event partners for roadshow execution
Participate in roadshow events, gather feedback, and observe community engagement
Collect, clean, and analyse programme data for insights and reporting
Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
Assist in building predictive models and forecasting tools to support planning initiatives

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Social Sciences, or related fields
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro preferred
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Good organisational and time management skills
Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
Willing to work at selected roadshow events on weekends
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
