Overview
Join HDB’s Community Partnerships Department (Outreach East) as a Data & Events Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the MyNiceHome Roadshows. You will help plan and execute community engagement events, create compelling visual materials, and contribute to data-driven insights that guide programme decisions. This internship offers exposure to event management, stakeholder collaboration, and practical data analytics in a public sector setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative materials to strengthen programme branding and engagement
- Support coordination with internal teams and external event partners for roadshow execution
- Participate in roadshow events, gather feedback, and observe community engagement
- Collect, clean, and analyse programme data for insights and reporting
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
- Assist in building predictive models and forecasting tools to support planning initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro preferred
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Willing to work at selected roadshow events on weekends
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
