Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing internship and trainee recruitment programmes, including application screening, interviews, and assessment coordination.
- Support campus engagement activities, events, and presentations to attract top graduate talent.
- Help plan and execute learning and development initiatives for interns and trainees, including onboarding sessions and skills workshops.
- Maintain HR data systems and track recruitment metrics to provide insights for process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure graduate development programmes align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in coordinating trainee secondments, dual qualifications, and career progression activities.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and programme effectiveness.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, graduate development, and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
